The Drones

Literate, but badass. Is there anything more committed on a stage than this band in full flight? The Drones have a long history with The Sup’ (they also played the very first Golden Plains back in 2007) but this is their first appearance in five seasons. As enlightened quarters of the entire music world knows, they play rock music with an artistic vision beyond most, and now have a catalogue of Australian+ classics. Nothing is issued from The Drones unless it’s really something. See, hear and feel a whole lot of those somethings Saturday primetime.
